Office Hours and Locations
There is 1 office in and around the Boston area that can offer in-person help. However, it is primarily an orientation office.
This means If you go for help and the DoorDash team member is conducting an orientation, you will have to wait until they are done to get your question answered!

We are located on the 2nd floor in S250. We are NOT in the brick building in the front. Also, make sure to type in "Brighton." We are NOT located in Cambridge!
Scheduling A Dash
You can schedule a dash whenever you want, up to 5 days in advance. A schedule for a new day is released every day at 12:00am.
So for example, the schedule released on Tuesday at 12:00am is for the following Sunday.

Pro tip: Increase your chances to earn more by dashing at the busiest times!
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Dasher Pay Information
Delivery pay is calculated as $1 + 100% of tip + pay boost. The pay boost amount will vary based on a variety of factors including the complexity of the order, distance to the restaurant, and orders you place yourself. For more details, please click here.
DoorDash Drive Deliveries
Drive orders are some of our most important deliveries – therefore, we only offer these opportunities to top Dashers. Once you qualify, you will receive an in-app invitation, and you’ll be able to see these orders in advance. For more information on DoorDash Drive, click here.
Update: New Drive Tip Policy
Customers will now only tip in advance, rather than upon delivery. You’ll still get 100% of tips received by DoorDash from the merchant or the customer, but you will no longer need to present a paper receipt to your customer. Because tipping will now only be done in advance, we will no longer accept tips provided after the delivery via paper receipt.

Additional Local Information & FAQ's
Alcohol Deliveries live in Boston
In Washington D.C., we also now offer alcohol delivery through some select merchants. This is not yet available in Maryland or Virginia. If a Dasher if not interested in delivering alcohol, special accommodations can be made. Upon delivery, the Dasher must confirm the customer is 21+, and scan the customer’s ID. If the customer is underage or visibly intoxicated, or if you are unsure about either, do not deliver the alcohol and contact support immediately.

My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are always on the latest version of the app, which can be found at this link. Once you confirm the app is updated, restart your phone and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit doordash.com/help to submit a support request.
It's really hard to find parking!
We know parking in downtown/city areas can be tough!
For extra help, please print out and use this "Delivery in Progress" parking sign. The parking sign can be placed on either your windshield or your dashboard to indicate that you're out completing a delivery and will be back shortly. Note: This isn't a pass to park anywhere! Please never park illegally when on a Dash.
