DASHER BOOST PAY:
Beginning Monday January 29, earn $2 extra per delivery in the following starting points: Conroe.
To qualify, Dashers must accept 80% of all orders offered to you.
DASHER PEAK PAY:
Beginning Tuesday, November 14, we will be replacing minimums with peak pay in Friendswood. Earn $2 extra per delivery during peak lunch (11am-2pm) and dinner peak (5-8pm).
To qualify, Dashers must accept 75% of all orders.
DASHER DEACTIVATION POLICY:
Please see the Deactivation Policy here for more information. Dashers who fall below the listed threshold may be subject to deactivation.
- Minimum Rating: 4.2
- Completion Rating: 80%
With DoorDash Drive, restaurants needing to deliver larger or bulk orders can request a Dasher to their location directly. These orders typically allow for higher earnings, are larger in size, are and sometimes longer in duration than the average 'marketplace' delivery.
If you are interested in becoming 'equipped' to receive DoorDash Drive orders, please visit your local office after completing 100 deliveries.
To qualify for DoorDash Drive you must complete 100 deliveries.

What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a dash as well as on the web at doordash.com/help.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit doordash.com/help to submit a support request, and file the issue on the Texas Dasher Bug Report Form.
Do I have to wear my DoorDash t-shirt or use any DoorDash supplies?
While we do not require you to wear your red DoorDash shirt or use a hot bag/blanket, certain restaurants do require it and may not release the order to you if you do not. This will typically be indicated in the instructions for each order, if applicable.
