Having trouble parking downtown?
We know parking in downtown areas can be tough, which can make dashing a little more challenging. However, these areas are also super busy and can be some of the BEST places to dash! Feel free to print out and use this "Delivery in Progress" parking sign. The parking sign can be placed on either your windshield or your dashboard to indicate that you're out completing a delivery and will be back shortly.
What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?

My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS). Once you confirm the app is updated, restart your phone and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit doordash.com/help to submit a support request.
Do I have to wear my DoorDash t-shirt or use any DoorDash supplies?
While we do not require you to wear your red DoorDash shirt or use a hot bag/blanket, certain restaurants may require that you do so. This will typically be indicated in the instructions for each order, if applicable. Keep in mind, merchants have the right to refuse a pickup if you do not have the necessary supplies – and it never hurts to be over-prepared! Wearing your DoorDash shirt also makes you more identifiable to the restaurant and to the customer, which allows you to complete deliveries faster. Faster deliveries = more deliveries = MORE $$$!
