Signing Up to Be a Dasher?
We are accepting Dasher sign ups for the following modes of transportation: Car.
After applying online (via the below form) and clearing a background check, we will ship out your supplies via USPS priority shipping within 1-2 business days.

The San Antonio office is typically open Monday - Friday; please see below for our normal office hours, as well as any special hours or closings.
Monday - Friday: 9am-2pm

Please check here prior to visiting the office as the hours are subject to change. If you are coming to purchase supplies, please bring a debit/credit card as we do not accept cash.

DASHER PEAK PAY:
Earn $1 extra per delivery during peak lunch (11am-1pm) and dinner peak (5pm-8pm) in the following starting points: Downtown / Alamo Heights, Universal City, Helotes, Live Oak, Leon Valley
To qualify, Dashers must accept 75% of all orders.
To qualify for these minimums programs, you must do the following each dash:
- Accept 80% of delivery opportunities offered to you
DASHER DEACTIVATION POLICY:
Please see the Deactivation Policy here for more information. Dashers who fall below the listed threshold may be subject to deactivation.
- Minimum Rating: 4.4
- Completion Rating: 80%
With DoorDash Drive, restaurants needing to deliver larger or bulk orders can request a Dasher to their location directly. These orders typically pay at a higher rate, are larger in size and sometimes longer in duration than the average 'marketplace' delivery.
If you are interested in becoming 'equipped' to receive DoorDash Drive orders, please visit your local office after completing 100 deliveries.
To qualify for DoorDash Drive you must complete 100 deliveries.

What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a dash as well as on the web at doordash.com/help.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in.
Do I have to wear my DoorDash t-shirt or use any DoorDash supplies?
While we do not require you to wear your red DoorDash shirt or use a hot bag/blanket, certain restaurants do require it and may not release the order to you if you do not. This will typically be indicated in the instructions for each order, if applicable.
How can I stay up to date on DoorDash information in San Antonio?

- This location does scheduled orientations. Please show up on time for your appointment. If you are late or show up outside of your scheduled time, we will try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this, as space and time are limited, and you may be asked to reschedule.
- Waiting room space is limited. For this reason, we ask that you not bring along family or friends, and do not loiter before or after your appointment.
