What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a Dash.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit https://doordash.com/help to submit a support request.

How to get Started
We have two options to get started in Salt Lake City.
Welcome Kit Mailed to your home
Can't make our in-person office hours? Choose the drop-ship option at the end of your signup and we will mail your welcome kit to your home. Pending a background check, the kit will take ~5-10 days to arrive. Once you receive the kit, make sure to enter your red card and follow all instructions to start dashing!
Choose to schedule an orientation when signing up
