If you are a Dasher who lives in the US - you should expect arrival within 3-5 business days. If you are a Dasher who lives in Canada - you should expect arrival in approximately 7 business days. Note that we are currently experiencing a minor shipping delay. Your Kit may be delayed 5-7 business days. We are doing everything we can to expedite these shipments!

You and your friend will receive extra payouts for the referral. Bonuses are paid out after the referred Dasher completes a certain number of deliveries within a given amount of days. What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a Dash or at https://doordash.com/help when not on a Dash.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit https://doordash.com/help to submit a support request.
