Signing Up to Be a Dasher?
We are accepting dasher sign ups for the following modes of transportation: car
Get a Welcome Kit Mailed to your home
Choose the drop-ship option at the end of your application and we will mail your welcome kit to your home. Pending a background check, the kit will take ~2-5 business days to arrive. Once you receive the kit, make sure to enter your red card and follow all instructions to start dashing!

Turn in at the sign for Fosters Plaza "Building 5".
Take the elevator to the third floor and locate Suite #300.
Check in with the receptionist, politely let them know you're there to see DoorDash.
Due to this being an Office Building with other businesses, please do not linger in the hallways. Please check the hours before you come to the office. If the office is closed during posted office hours, please let the support team know and leave the building.
Scheduled Dasher Orientation Times:
Monday - Friday
*Please arrive on time or 5 minutes before orientation or you may have to join the next group.
Walk-In Dasher Support Times:
Monday - Friday
1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
*Do not come in for support outside of these times as we will be conducting orientations and will not be able to assist you.

Hotspots are located on where DoorDash expects orders to be placed. Dashers are more likely to receive an order if they are closer to the restaurant from which a customer orders.
What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a Dash.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit https://doordash.com/help to submit a support request.
