Set up your new red card
iOS
- In the Dasher app, tap Account
- On the top, tap "Did DoorDash give you a payment card?" (see screenshot).
- Enter your new card's delight number and last 4 digits.
Android
- Tap Menu > Red Card
- Enter your new card's delight number and last 4 digits

What to do if you lose your red card
You can go to the local office to pick up a new red card or CLICK HERE to order one for free. Then follow the procedure below:
iOS
- On the Dasher app's home screen, click the "Account" button at the bottom.
- Click the red text near the top of the "Profile" tab that says "Lost your Red Card? Tap here to remove it from your Dasher Account."
- Mark your card as lost and enter your new card's delight number & last 4 digits.
Android
- Open the menu at the top left of the Dasher app's home screen and click on the "Red Card" tab.
- Mark your card as lost and enter your new card's delight number & last 4 digits.
How to use your Red Card
Always have your Red Card with you when you dash.
Whenever you arrive at a restaurant to pick up an order and the Dasher app tells you "Pay With Red Card", provide your red card to the restaurant to pay for the food. That's it - quick & easy!
Pro Tip #1: Always choose "Credit" if you are asked. There's no PIN associated with your card. Yes, choose "Credit" even though it says "Debit" on the card.
Pro Tip #2: Don't worry about the exact amount of money on the receipt. DoorDash will make sure there's enough money on the card to pay for each order.
Pro Tip #3: Do not add a tip when paying with the Red Card.
Pro Tip #4: No need to take or keep receipts - so you can politely decline if the restaurant offers you one.
What To Do If The Red Card Declines
In the rare event that your Red Card is declined, immediately contact live DoorDash support by clicking on the button at the top right corner of your app that says "HELP" (iPhone) or "?" (Android). Explain the situation, and Support will be able to fix the issue -- and you can finish the order ASAP!
